The majority of our services can be provided online, which means that your physical location isn't a barrier to achieving high level support at MHWS .
All services that are available via online appointment will present that message within its own page on this website.
Our online consultations and appointments use Video Conferencing services provided by our Clinical Management Systems.
Before your appointment, you'll receive a link, usually by text message (SMS). Clicking this link will open the system in your device's web browser.
Your web browser will ask for permission to access your camera and microphone, which you'll need to allow for the consultation to work properly.
This means you don't need to download or install any software – everything works directly through your web browser, making it quick and easy to get started.
Essentially 'Video Conferencing' enables us to see each other at the same time as verbally communicating. Being able to see our Clients during consultations plays a vital part in our processes.
Our clinical management systems implement measures to reduce data being accessed by other parties, including encryption. However, all technology is not 100% secure and Mental Health and Well-being Services Ltd. cannot guarantee or should be held liable if data is compromised whilst using any such third-party platform.
Prior to beginning any online services with MHWS you will be given more information including how to undertake the appointment and guidance on ways to help protect your information whilst in a consultation.
All consultations and appointments are also available within our Shropshire based Clinic in Shrewsbury.
